Workbook parsing
Upload the Price College of Business - Oklahoma University Master export. Cohort headers and name columns are detected automatically — no reformatting required.
Email lookup, resolved
Emails are VLOOKUP’d and lowercased automatically, with unresolved rows flagged for a quick fix before anything sends.
DISC password pool
Repeat DISC takers are detected against prior cohorts, and single-use passwords are allocated from a managed pool — never reissued.
Letters, generated
A Google Docs template is merged with each participant’s name, password, and deadline, then exported straight to PDF — no Word, no Adobe.
Welcome drafts, staged
Per-participant Gmail drafts are created with the Welcome letter and all attachments already in place, ready for a human to review and send.
Secure by construction
Firebase Auth plus an ouhAdmin claim gate every request. Firestore denies client writes, and DISC passwords never touch the browser.
